5 Year Membership at Seaforth Golf Course

The purchase of a New Home (re-sales not included) at The Bridges of Seaforth Adult Lifestyle Community located in the Town of Seaforth, Ontario entitles the Purchaser to one, 5 year membership at the Seaforth Golf Course at no charge to the Purchaser provided the Purchaser complies with his/her obligations pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with MacPherson Builders (Seaforth) Limited.

The Purchaser will be required to sign a Membership Certificate issued by the Seaforth Golf Course which will confirm the commencement date and expiry date of the 5 year membership.
On execution of the Membership Certificate, the Purchaser shall be entitled to full membership privileges at the Seaforth Golf Course.  As a condition of membership, the Purchaser shall also be obligated to observe the rules and regulations of the Seaforth Golf Course, as amended from time to time.  The 5 year membership cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.

In the event that the Purchaser wishes to continue as a member of the Seaforth Golf Course after expiry of the 5 year membership, the Purchaser shall be responsible for payment of all ongoing annual dues to Seaforth Golf Course.
